Prop Raynn Bruce scored the two tries to help take Worthing back to the top of London Two South.
The powerful South African, who made such an impression for Sussex last season, finished off two lineout drives as his side scored an impressive 19-7 win at Beckenham.
Worthing were fortunate to only be 7-3 down at half-time but the backs, with Terry Butler again impressive, began taking the fight to Beckenham after the break.
Coach Ian Davies said: "They started getting in front of the pack to give us a focus point.
"Our driving play was superb and winning at Beckenham was a good result for us."
Ben Coulson kicked three penalties to complete the tally.
