The first tenants have moved into Rustington based Hargreaves' business unit scheme at the Dolphin Enterprise Centre in Evershed Way, Shoreham.
TFI's motorcycles took possession within five days of viewing and anticipated being open for business in a week.
The first phase has just been completed and offers twelve 1,070sqft units. TFI's and Eurovans are the first two tenants.
The joint agents, Oakley Commercial and Graves Son &
Pilcher, said they were delighted to have pre-lettings.
The units are available for a minimum of 18 months. The scheme will provide 25 units, each with planning for B1 industrial, research and office use, B8 storage/distribution and trade counter use.
