It's the 21st Century. We have put a man on the moon but some heavy winds or hard snow cause millions of people to be without power for days or weeks.
Is it not about time we had power cables underground to save all these problems with power-cuts in storms?
The companies are making millions of pounds of profit so could afford to do this.
