Marks & Spencer is planning to set up shop at Brighton railway station in the New Year.
The firm revealed plans last night to set-up 40 of its Simply Food shops in railway stations around the UK.
It plans to create 100 within three years and said it had agreed an extension of a deal with food services group Compass.
The company plans to open in Brighton in January.
