A couple who met through the lonely hearts columns of The Argus are getting married.
Andy Walters, 44, and Carole Edwards, 40, are so sure of their love they've even set the date - Friday 13th.
Andy, a communications manager at Mid Sussex District Council, and Carole, an accountant with Legal and General, had five or six attempts at finding love through Two's Company before they hit upon each other.
This time they knew it was right.
Andy said: "Carole rang me after listening to my phone message. She liked my phone manner and found me interesting, so she took a chance."
The happy couple have bought a home together in Steyning. Their wedding is on September 13 at Lewes Register Office.
Andy said: "We have tried to encourage our single friends to take advantage of Two's Company.
"It has worked for us and if you stick to the guidelines - meeting in public places and so on - its very simple. But it does take a certain amount of guts."
