The British Red Cross has launched software aimed at promoting first aid confidence.
The Learn First Aid Fast CD-rom is the first simulator of its kind in the UK, leading users through typical emergencies.
Its release comes after research found fewer than half the pop-
ulation was confident treating common conditions. The CD is available from the Red Cross web site, priced £9.99.
