How I agree with Ms B Framer (Letters, July 22), who complained about the obtrusiveness of noise.
My particular hatred is music playing in shops. If I enter a shop and music is playing, I turn around and leave.
Why should a shopkeeper have the arrogant presumption to choose music for me?
