Crawley-based jet charter company Air Partner has taken on the staff of a US rival.
They have taken on workers from FlightTime, which filed for bankruptcy on July 5.
Managing director David Savile said trading in the year to date had been very strong and at the higher end of expectations.
The company's share price jumped 27p on the news.
