Department store group Debenhams has signed deals to open new stores.
The stores will be opened in Hemel Hempstead and Thanet, Kent, in 2005.
Debenhams currently operates 97 stores with 14 planned openings. The group has stores in Brighton, Worthing, Eastbourne and Crawley
