Tiffany Williams is Britain's newest kick boxing champion.

Brighton's little Miss Dynamite lifted the WKMA amateur flyweight crown with a brilliant display at the York Hall, Bethnal Green.

Tiffany, from Chris Kent's Kicks Martial Arts Centre, packed too big a punch, and a few kicks into the bargain, for Northern Ireland's Juanita Broome.

The fight, which the Sussex girl won on a unanimous points decision, will be shown on Sky TV next month.

Next stop now for Tiffany is a four-day tournament at Pisa in Italy in August when she will be competing for the world championship.

It was the first time she had fought over five rounds, but Tiffany, who had previously won the English title at Hove Town Hall, was always in control.

She dominated a fast counter-attacking bout with a series of side kicks and left hands to the body.

One side kick produced the only knockdown of the fight when she lifted her opponent off her feet during the fourth round.

Tiffany follows in the footsteps of two more Chris Kent-trained stars, Nick Clark and Jim Caldecourt, who have won WKMA titles.
