So Sarah Launchbury thinks it's an absolute disgrace she got an £85 release fee for parking in a disabled bay at the cinema complex at Brighton Marina, does she?
If she could not read the disabled sign or notice the yellow markings and that disabled bays are wider, I suggest she and the others who misuse these bays not only are fined but take another driving test too.
Has she ever tried to get a wheelchair out of a car in a regular bay?
The good thing about her fine is she says she will never again visit Brighton Marina.
