Why not build a new, traditional English village for the residents of Falmer on the Brighton station site with houses, village pond, church and a nice open-log-fire pub and name it Falmer Reject Village?
Falmer village could then be demolished and the FA could build a 150,000 all-season national stadium that Brighton and Hove Albion would use as their own home ground.
England international games and all main cup matches would be played at the stadium. An ice rink could be built and a very large car and coach park built on site, which could be used for park-and-ride on non-match days.
With a new railway station built, the name of the stadium would be the Brighton and Hove City National Stadium.
