The latest crass statement from Tony Blair - "We will be rid of street crime by September" - has finally convinced me he has gone completely bonkers.
Are thieves, muggers, shoplifters, druggies and burglars suddenly going to give up their professions by the wave of a magic wand?
I don't think so. Short of a mass round-up, it will be very interesting to see how he can back up this statement.
I'm sorry, Tony mate, but I think it's time you had a change of job.
