A man pleaded not guilty to manslaughter following the death of a pensioner after an alleged road-rage incident.
Mark Heightley, 27, of The Crestway, Brighton, also denied assaulting George Osborne causing him actual bodily harm.
At Lewes Crown Court yesterday, Heightley's trial was fixed for July 22 and he was remanded in custody.
