In-form Joe Screen can lead Eastbourne Eagles into the cup semi-finals at Arlington Stadium tonight.

The Eastbourne skipper has dropped only two points in his last ten races, while Eagles are poised to exact revenge on rivals Ipswich.

Screen led from the front with 14 points as the Sussex squad stormed into a 12-point lead in the first leg at Ipswich two nights ago.

Now Eagles, knocked out by the Witches in 1999 and 1998, are determined to finish the job in style.

Eastbourne boss Jon Cook insists there will be no complacency despite the 51-39 blitz in the first encounter.

"We had a wake-up call against Coventry a couple of weeks ago, and it won't happen again.

"Ipswich may be better at our place than they were on their own track, but we have worked hard to get where we are."

Eagles have now won six out of seven, and on Monday they go to Wolves, one of the other main title contenders.

"It's a big match for us, but we'll worry about that one after we have beaten Ipswich," said Cook.

Eastbourne: Mark Loram, David Norris, Dean Barker, Stefan Andersson, Joe Screen, Savalas Clouting, Toni Svab.

Ipswich: Chris Louis, Joonas Kylmakorpi, Craig Boyce, Jeremy Doncaster, Scott Nicholls, Leigh Lanham, Lee Herne.

The start is at 7.30.
