Opera International returns to the Brighton Centre, this time presenting the National Opera of Moldavia and a production of Verdi's Nabucco.
Nabucco is a monumental tale of revenge, destruction and jealousy set against the backdrop of the Hebrews being forced from their homeland into exile.
The opera includes the Chorus Of The Hebrew Slaves, probably best known for its use in an advertisement for British Airways.
This production has a large cast with full orchestra and many stage effects including an exotic ballet and the burning down of the temple. It will be sung in Italian with English surtitles.
The performance starts at 7.30pm. For tickets, call: 0870 900 9100.
