John Parry invites us to "Think of it this way" and I respect his right to hold strong opinions.
However, as one of the people who was fortunate to have met and talked to the late Queen Mother on more than one occasion, I challenge his assertion that she was "a figment of my imagination" (April 12).
I also question whether she was a figment of the imaginations of the crew of the Ark Royal or the East End victims of the Blitz.
