The "problem" of using a mobile phone while driving has not been an issue that long.
Where were all the "problems" with smoking while driving? Surely this has the same impact?
Imagine a driver who smokes roll-ups having to roll the cigarette with two hands, then trying to find a lighter while steering the vehicle with his knees.
A little bit more dangerous than talking on a phone, don't you think?
