A motorcyclist who died on a Sussex country road after a crash with a car was named today.
Steven Gibbons, 45, died at the scene of the accident on the A285 at Duncton Hill, between Chichester and Petworth, on Saturday afternoon.
Mr Gibbons came from Ashford, Middlesex.
Police today launched an appeal for witnesses to the collision, which happened at 4.18pm.
They particularly want to hear from anyone who saw two similar vehicles, one red and one black, heading north on the road towards Duncton Hill.
A man has been arrested and questioned by police over the accident.
