A dog walker discovered the body of a young woman washed up on a beach.
Police have appealed for help to identify the woman who was found at Seaford Head on Sunday.
She was described as young, about 5ft 3in, slim with long dark hair tied back with a green clip.
She was wearing black and brown lace-up shoes, blue jeans, a purple and a beige jumper under a grey fleece.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: "We think she had only been in the sea for a few hours.
"We need to find out who she is but we are not treating her death as suspicious."
