Police are hunting a man who tried to rob a West Sussex milkman at knifepoint.
The attack happened in West Meads Drive, Bognor, as the milkman was taking a break from his deliveries.
A man who had earlier struck up a conversation with the delivery driver produced an object that looked like a Stanley knife and demanded cash.
When the milkman refused he was pushed against the side of his float by the man, who then fled empty-handed.
The attempted robbery happened at 6.30am on Monday but details were only revealed today.
The attacker was described as 18 to 19 and 6ft 2in tall with a round, pockmarked face.
Anyone with information should call Bognor police on 0845 6070999.
