Because I don't drive, I get the bus and walk everywhere.
By doing so, I tend to see much more and notice many drivers using their mobile phones while driving, not wearing seatbelts and some with children with them on the front seat.
If I can see them, there is always the chance someone else will. So take heed, the ones that do it.
