Chef and restrauteur Rick Stein's management techniques are the subject of a training video made by Sussex film maker Vincent Thompson.
Mr Thompson whose company Supernova is based in Hove said watching the internationally-famous chef in action had been a great experience.
He said: "Rick started with a passion to cook delicious seafood. As his business grew, so he had to become a successful manager.
"Recipe for Success shows Rick in action as he describes, in his plain-speaking manner, the key principles that influence his management style.
"As you watch Rick and his team, you realise they are doing all the management textbook stuff but without the jargon.
"It's all about treating people properly and Rick sets the tone."
The video and CD-ROM workbook and user guide were developed by Mr Thompson to enthuse managers and staff in all walks of business.
