A woman has beaten off competition from across Britain to win a sermon contest.
Claudia Gould, of Compton Road, Brighton, had to give a sermon in front of an audience in London.
The Sermon of the Century competition was run to mark the centenary of the Union of Liberal and Progressive Synagogues.
Mrs Gould, a member of Brighton and Hove Progressive Synagogue, won a silver goblet.
