I suggest Larry Isles (Letters, February 11) gets his facts right before he fires off ignorant and intemperate letters.

Ivan Massow was thrown out of the ICA for having the temerity to criticise the rubbish known as conceptual art - such "masterpieces" as Tracey Emin's unmade bed.

He was not criticising real artists such as David Hockney.

The only problem with Mr Massow is he joined the sleazy rabble governing us.
