Sandra Ebrahimi (Letters, January 29) does not know what she is talking about.
Pensioners do not have to go to the post office to collect their pensions.
We have a choice of direct deposit into the bank but we choose to go to the post office.
It is nearer than the bank and we get paid weekly, whereas if it is paid into the bank we would be paid monthly in arrears.
As Sandra is obviously not a pensioner, she should mind her own business.
