On Christmas Eve at 7.20pm, I was sitting in my red/white Mini Cooper preparing to drive into our car park, waiting to allow another motorist to pass.
When the driver passed, it was free for me to proceed. However, when I started to move towards our entrance, some rat drove into my back, pushing me forward. My car is now a write-off.
Before I could brake, remove my seat belt and open the door, I heard this dark coloured car (possibly black) reversing and driven away into Preston Road South. He never stopped to ask whether I required help.
If you know of any dark-coloured car near your home with recent damage to the front, the police wish to know.
