Recently, I had an appointment at the ear, nose and throat department of the Royal Sussex County Hospital.
Not only was I warmly welcomed at the reception desk but also I saw my consultant a few minutes before my appointment time.
I call this good news so I decided to pass it on and wish everyone a happy Christmas.
