Police have charged a man with the murder of an Eastbourne mother-of-five.
Anthony Pate, 47, of Belle Vue Court, Belle Vue Road, Eastbourne, was due to appear at Eastbourne Magistrates Court tomorrow morning accused of murdering Kim Baldry, 44.
Care home owner Mrs Baldry was found with stab wounds at her home in Gorringe Road, Eastbourne, on December 9.
She was taken to Eastbourne District General Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
