There is no place for new signing Ben Judge in Crawley's team for their home tie with Newport IOW.

The 24-year-old defender made his debut in Tuesday's Floodlight Cup win over Newhaven, but was not registered in time for the Trophy.

With long-term injury victims Jimmy Dack, John Ugbah, Nigel Brake and Keith Sharman still ruled out, boss Billy Smith is expected to name the same team which went top of the Dr Martens Premier last week.

Reds have already beaten the Islanders twice this season, but Smith is warning against complacency.

He said: "I think that as a side we are becoming hard to beat, but you can take nothing for granted in any game - we're still capable of having the odd blip but we must try and avoid that because the Trophy is an important competition for all non-league clubs."

St Leonards boss Micky Taylor is hoping to mastmind the exit of Carshalton Athletic, even if it gets his pal Frank Murphy the sack.

Murphy is the under-pressure boss of Athletic who have made a poor start to life in Ryman League Division One after relegation from the Premier Division.

Taylor said: "If we win at Colston Avenue then Frank could be out of a job, but that's football and I'll have to live with it."

St Leonards will face Crawley if they both win.

Hastings Town travel a struggling Enfield side who have lost nine out of 12 matches in the Ryman League Premier Division.

George Wakeling will name an unchanged squad for the trip to north London after Tuesday's win at Ashford Town that sent the Arrows back to the summit of the Dr Martens eastern division.

Assisant manager Terry White has been working on top scorer Paul Jones' finishing.

Eastbourne Borough and Chatham are aiming to break their ducks in the competition. Borough were knocked out in their first game last season, while Kent League champions Chatham will be making their first appearance.
