We are now beginning to see that the "cultural development" of the West Pier starts with booze and burgers in shoddy buildings.
Why should Lottery or any other money be used to subsidise this and what does it portend for development on the pier itself?
Remember the guarantee that the Albion would stay for three seasons only at Withdean? A few lies along the way are dismissed when actuality is reached.
Demolish the existing West Pier ruin and cancel the project.
