Over and above all the hoo-ha surrounding the community stadium/ Seagulls issue is the question: How keen were the two councils to be seen to be associated with the club in good times?
Answer: They were like flies on the proverbial because of the political capital to be gained.
All the decision-makers should think hard about the right thing to do for the whole area.
