Does anyone believe Brighton and Hove City Council will review the new parking restrictions? Public opinion which was mostly against this scheme was ignored. Why do we think the council will listen to us in six months' time? The parking permits are issued for the 12-month period and the contract drawn up with NCP will probably also be for at least that. This is a done deal.
