What a treat to read Monday's Argus (July 9) about two major events in our City of Brighton and Hove which both went ahead without incidents.
Congratulations to all those concerned in both the Kemp Town Carnival and Norman Cook's Big Beach Boutique, who proved many people can enjoy themselves without causing problems.
