Pedestrianised George Street is one of Labour's outstanding successes in Hove.
I cannot comprehend why the Tories continue to criticise the investment made in our town centre's key shopping street and why their only vision of the future revolves around re-introducing traffic.
The environmental improvements are transforming the street as much as the original traffic ban did three years ago. I hope this summer will be the street's liveliest ever.
