In the space of about six weeks we have had four national holidays, and this at a time when the weather is most uncertain and not very warm.
We shall now have to wait another 14 weeks or so before the next one.
And this is when the weather is at its warmest and sunniest. Why can't we plan all our national holidays and, indeed increase the number ?
