Car firm Daewoo is to cut another 90 jobs from its Worthing technical centre, it was announced today.
The site at Lyons Farm employed 750 workers before the South Korean parent company went bankrupt last year.
The latest cutback will leave 160 employees at the centre, which is expected to be sold next week.
Daewoo has refused to confirm reports that the centre will be sold to engineering and motor racing group TWR.
The Manufacturing Science and Finance Union, which has campaigned over the past year to save Worthing, said it would continue to fight to save jobs.
