A Sussex farmhouse has been razed to the ground by a massive blaze.
The flames at Green Tree Hall, Balcombe, could be seen more than a mile away last night.
Firefighters were still at the scene this afternoon and were expected to remain there all night.
The owner of the house escaped unhurt.
