Brighton and Hove buses do have contact with their garages. My husband was lost recently and the bus company was brilliant.
Staff found him for me, took him off the bus and delivered him to me. They kept me informed.
A great big thank you to you all and to the two PCs at Black Rock station who helped me by informing me as to where he was.
