Albion hotshot Bobby Zamora is ready to end eight months of travel sickness.

The teenage striker has set his sights on a rare away goal in tomorrow's top-of-the-table tussle against leaders Chesterfield.

Zamora rediscovered his scoring touch with a brace in Wednesday's 4-2 home win against Hartlepool.

All eight of his goals this season have been at Withdean and he has not hit the target away from home since a hat-trick at Chester in February.

"I hope I can change that tomorrow and we can get another win," said Zamora. "It would be really good if I could get one away from home now.

"We are absolutely buzzing at the moment. We've had so many wins, one draw and so many clean sheets as well. You couldn't ask for more."

Albion will be roared on by 2,400 fans at Saltergate as they bid to close the gap on Chesterfield to one point.

Midfielder Richard Carpenter, fresh from his first goal for the club against Hartlepool, said: "Everyone is looking forward to it. It's a big game for us. Second spot is an ideal position to be in. Hopefully we can go there and get a result.

"They are big, strong and well organised with a lot of players that can also play, so it will be a good test for us."

Manager Micky Adams has no new injuries to worry about, but he must decide whether to keep faith with keeper Michel Kuipers.

The Dutchman's blunder against Hartlepool, when he dropped a cross over the line, crushed Albion's ten-hour run without conceding a goal and first choice Mark Cartwright is back to full fitness.

The Seagulls are unbeaten for ten matches and have won their last three away.

Adams said: "The beauty of my players at the moment is that they are all playing with confidence. I have got a proud bunch of lads and we are determined to hang onto that second place if we can."
