There always seem to be a lot of children at the skateboard park at the Level, Brighton, on school days. Most are about 16 or 17, but many are possibly as young as eight or nine.
Neither the police nor the education authority seem to have noticed this situation. Aside from the issue of truancy, there is always the risk of illegal activities taking place.
