We don't want the Falmer project to become like the West Pier, with lots of talk and little progress.

After the club was sold down the river by the previous administration, it was never going to be easy to make a return to happier days.

If permission had been granted for a stadium at Patcham Court Farm, or Toad's Hole Valley, things might have been different.

Several years later, Patcham Court Farm is still undeveloped. So why not consider Toad's Hole Valley?

A stadium at Falmer is put forward as the only option, but is it?

Perhaps the board should get out the original plans for a stadium complex at Toad's Hole Valley. One suggestion was a multi-purpose stadium and a hi-tech development.

We read Brighton and Hove Council is considering options for developing the valley, so why not a football stadium and business units?

The location is ideal and local residents may feel this is now the best option.
