Brighton and Hove Albion wants to build the largest stadium in Sussex and all those consultants can contribute is while the location is acceptable, the overall scheme is too ambitious and the club might not be able to afford it.
The Albion board is spending more than half a million pounds preparing the planning application and is confident it can raise the necessary finance to give Brighton a stadium to be proud of.
