Secondly, all forms of motor racing are dangerous, and, although we were all saddened by the recent tragic events, it is the possibility of danger and risk which generates much of the excitement.
Even spectators entering a motor racing circuit are clearly told of the risks involved. To recommend banning the festival because of one isolated accident is just silly.
Ms Truman's further scathing comments about the mass Mexican wave just about sum up her mentality, which is very sad indeed.
