While I am certain most people would join me in condemning the violence of football thugs, the possibility of people not convicted of any offence being made subject to an order restricting their ability to travel is an exceeding dangerous one.
We may rightly feel these sub-anthropoids should be kept away from any game, but emotion makes bad law. A British citizen is innocent until proven guilty.
