I am trying to locate Sylvia Mitchell (ne Stearman) who lived in the Lindfield/Haywards Heath area. Her husband was the late Robert Mitch-ell who was a member of either the East Sussex County Council or the Brighton Borough Council or both.
The Iast I heard she had moved to France. If anyone has any information regarding her present whereabouts, please call 01273 419997.
