So now Simon Fanshawe is responsible for market forces (Letters, May 24). The rise in house prices certainly isn't controlled by Simon Fanshawe, otherwise he'd be a millionnaire by now.
No, people come to Brighton because it has so much going for it. I would suggest the reason why thousands of commuters travel to London daily is because Brighton is the Place To Live.
