In previous years coloured lights festooned the prom in Festival time from farthest Hove to farthest Kemp Town. Nowadays they stop at the Palace Pier and are one colour only. Are we in
Kemp Town no longer allowed to share the Festival spirit?
Is the council so strapped it can't afford a few lightbulbs? Like Hove's neglected floral clock, the Festival lights are an amenity that makes life in the town that little bit more agreeable. Shame on the council for no longer caring about such things.
