ALBION manager Micky Adams has put his entire squad on "red alert" for a first team call-up.

The Seagulls' mounting disciplinary crisis is stretching resources to the limit.

Darren Freeman, Danny Cullip, Gary Hart and Warren Aspinall are all facing bans.

And that means places are up for grabs for players involved in the Reserves' Argus sponsored Sussex Senior Cup second round tie at Burgess Hill tonight (7.15pm).

Adams said: "The full squad is on red alert. Players on the fringes have got to make sure they are ready and able to perform at any time.

"Their chance is going to come, but they might only get one chance so they have got to be ready for action."

Cameron Johnson is cup-tied for Burgess Hill, but manager Gary Croydon has a full strength squad to pick from otherwise and he is expecting a tough game.

"Albion are a much stronger club than when we beat the Reserves 5-1 two seasons ago and I think it will be the toughest game we have played this year, including the Hereford game in the FA Cup.

"But we are the champions of the County League and we are looking forward to it."

Burgess Hill squad: Waters, Lutwyche, Cook, Williams, Cable, Day, Newman, Davies, Edwards, Thomsett, Pook, Moore, Carr, Chapman, Boxall, Silsby.
