Will the new proposals for the former Caffyns site be another 12-storey block, such as the one unanimously rejected by the planning committee - which the developers have appealed?
Maybe plans will be for an eight-storey building, or a low-rise block of two and three-storey homes?
And will we be asked to vote on the plans?
